    Eric Sacks brings extensive knowledge of the real estate market, rental market and law to his position as President of SC Realty. His formal education from USC Law and years spent as an accomplished attorney, in conjunction with his many years of purchasing, owning and selling property, allow Eric to excel at every level of real estate.

    Prior to establishing SC Realty, Eric Sacks built up his experience in real estate by purchasing, managing, and selling properties.     Born and raised on Oahu, Daniel has experienced the tremendous growth that has transformed Hawaii into one of the world's most sought after destinations. He graduated from Iolani High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Early on in his career, Daniel gained extensive knowledge in the construction industry working with Royal Contracting.

    While at Royal Contracting, Daniel worked to build multiple residential and commercial development projects around the island. Having firsthand experience with these projects helps Daniel to notice and explain property issues to clients while providing cost-effective solutions at the same time. With a specialized interest in the contract bidding process, Daniel then decided to spend the next few years at the public accounting firm Grant Thornton. At Grant Thornton, Daniel worked as a consulting associate specializing in Forensic Accounting. All of Daniel's past work experiences helped to segway into a career in real estate development and sales.

    Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, having top sales in the company three years in a row.     Kristina was born and raised in East Oahu. She is a graduate of the Punahou School class of 2001 and attended the University of Hawaii, earning her Bachelors in Business Administration, double majoring in Marketing and International Business.     Kazu was born, raised, educated, and lives in the city of Honolulu, where he has an acute knowledge of this wonderful place he gets to call home.     In 2014, four years after earning his BA in Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, he left the career that he had for nine years, at the age of 27, so that he could start his own businesses. He successfully ran and sold them five years later, in 2018.

    He still loves to utilize his knowledge of economics to manage his brokerage account, which he started in 2009.

    He began his real estate career in 2017 where, within two years, he has been able to use his experience to record a wide range of sales including: starter homes, apartment walk-ups, condominiums, single family home, multi-million dollar commercial investment property, and commercial lease take-overs. He has also been able to obtain over 40 rental unit management contracts within two years. He attributes his successes to the satisfaction of his clients.

    Kendall was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and has resided over 30 years in Waikiki and 10 years in Las Vegas, Nevada.
