Terra is born and raised on O’ahu and brings her decades-worth of professional sales experience along with her passion for customer satisfaction in all that she does. She’s a graduate of the Kaiser high school, earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UOP and most recently, attained her Broker's Certification.

Her background is in hotels sales and hospitality representing high volume resorts on Big Island, Waikiki and Las Vegas where she began her 15 year hotel career. An avid traveler and having moved over five times for her and her husband’s profession, she became attracted to real estate and is driven to share her expertise and understanding of our culture and home with future buyers and sellers throughout the state.

She started her real estate career on Maui in 2015 with KW Island Living and joined SC Realty in 2019 allowing her to learn property management and commercial services beyond residential sales.
