Kendall was born and raised in Honolulu, HI and has resided over 30 years in Waikiki and 10 years in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated high school from Hawaii Baptist Academy and then went on to the University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating in the School of Travel Industry Management with a Bachelor’s of Science. He has a love for traveling and eating at new places while meeting new people all over the world.

His real estate career started in 2017 where he now manages over 50 properties in the Honolulu, Kaneohe, Kapolei, Kaimuki, Kaka'ako, and Salt Lake areas. He focuses on working with families with Section 8 to help them get into homes. He is also accredited with the AHWD, which focuses on people with disabilities.

He specializes in residential sales and represents the seller as well as first time home buyers and investment buyers. He also specializes in property management and continues to grow great relationships with all his owners and tenants.
